We are alone in the cloister of our own oneness
At the portal of the darkness and the light

Beloved lead us to the utmost heights
To the clear dawn of understanding

Let us hear the voices that come
From this moment in time

Teach us to know the love and joy
The pain and sorrow of life

Guide us in our quest for enlightenment
That we may return to the sanctuary of your mind

Our journey will be long but we live
To serve in the name of the Beloved

I knew nothing of the gifts I had
When I was very young
Older and wiser now understanding
The empathy, compassion and calm
That fills my life with wonder and great joy

To heal a mind troubled and alone
Knowing that mind when it is whole
There still is mystery in my soul as each
New gift takes flight, but I will still remember
When I was very young and did not know my way

Gentle caresses of
the first moment
Kisses that
tame the soul

Beloved, enthraller,
Mystic, lover
Passion felt in
The first and last
Embrace of life

Joined as one
Undivided, never
Alone again
Walking along the
River of the stars

Drinking from the cup
Of immortality
Peaceful garden of the
One who is the beloved
