Wrinkles
Mirror, shock
Where did all those
Wrinkles come from
A life well spend
Laughter, sorrow
Anger and joy
The web of life
Spun on a face
Tracings of my life

‘Wrinkles’ is of the very true part of life told in a few lines…there is an upbeat flavour to this poem that tells of the great reality of one’s own aging…your words ‘the web of life spun on a face…tracings of my life’ say it all…this is a fine example of how poetry does not have to be long and drawn out…this is a great creative writing.
