A Musing On Love

Heart that beats
In time to the universe
Gentle caresses of
the first moment
Kisses that
tame the soul

Beloved, enthraller,
Mystic, lover
Passion felt in
The first and last
Embrace of life

Joined as one
Undivided, never
Alone again
Walking along the
River of the stars

Drinking from the cup
Of immortality
Peaceful garden of the
One who is the beloved
